Their strong safety culture was already in place — we simply helped navigate the audit process, put formal plans together, and supported their amazing team through meetings, training, and documentation updates.
What stood out most was their commitment to safety not just for staff, but also their volunteers — including Therapy Dog teams, First Aid Responders, and Emergency Response Units who played a huge role during the wildfires this summer. We made sure risks across all these roles were identified and addressed.
